Inactive field-regulator

The field-regulator is an important part of a Borg transwarp coil. Usually, the regulator self-destructs even before a Borg ship is destroyed.

We don't have Borg-Transwarpcoils, but with this you can control other sections; for example, the dampening fields of warpcores. If you do it right, the warp-reactor will be able to take in more fuel.
