Antares

The Antares Class is one of the 6 ship classes a settler can request from the Federation. It can be requested by any player above level 5 who has less than 25 ship slots in use, and does not already have two ships of this class. The Antares class collector is the first class of Ore collector available to a settler, and like all other ore collectors can mine ore from both small and large asteroid fields, although small asteroid fields get less Iridium Ore. Players normally use Capo or Andorra class ships or alternatively iridium mines rather than these ships as they have a rather high fuel expenditure, especially for players who fuel their fleets solely with deuterium.
