Dilithium
Dilithium is the only substance in the known universe, that, due to its crystalline structure does not react with antimatter. Dilithium is therefore used to control the reaction of matter and antimatter.
Dilithium can be mined on almost all Planet Classes, however only in small quantities. The best planet class for Dilithium production is the Small Asteroid, on which 6 dilithium can be made per tick self-sufficiently.
Warp core capacity is increased by 50 when you combine 2 Antimatter, 2 Deuterium and 1 Dilithium.
