Every good Klingon should have some

From the blood of their soldiers klingons brew blood wine to drink. It is potently strong, and hard to make as blood has no natural sugar, citric acid, malic acid, or tartaric acid. Humans will most likely be overcome by the extreme strengh and dryness of the drink. There are no uses for blood wine other than collection or trade. A single unit of blood wine came onboard each klingon ship in the christmas period auctions.

Blood wine can also be found in talaxian freight containers and can be found in the wreckage of Klingon ships.
