Romulan ale is very vey intoxicating and the standard human would get a BIG hangover. It is blue in colour (even if the picture shows green) and the shade of blue depends on the "Vintage". There are no uses for Romulan Ale other than collection or trade. A single Romulan Ale came onboard each Romulan ship in the christmas period auctions
