Ore Collectors are a ship component on certain ships which allow for the collection of Iridium Ore from asteroids.

Most ore collection vessels (such as the Antares) are specifically designed solely to collect ore. The amount they can collect depends on their ore collection capacity and whether they are collecting ore in a Small Asteroid Field or a Large Asteroid Field. In small asteroids, ships can collect three times their collection capacity each day. In large asteroid fields, they can collect six times their collection capacity.
