Class F or Moderate Planet is a good colony site. This type is well suited for mining as it has 6 mountain regions. Dilithium and Iridium Ore are well situated here for mining. Unfortunately power may be an issue and Deuterium will be needed here to keep the colony running.
This type of planet is also very well suited for Plasteel, as its large number of Grassland fields allow for the building of multiple Plasteel Factorys. It is also well suited for reputation building.
