The Colony Headquarters (not to be confused with the Headquarters) is the development of the Base Camp and is therefore buildable only on Grassland fields on Standard, Moderate and Water Planets. Its effects and are similar to those of the Base Camp however it benefits from increased integrity making it harder to destroy and also offers 5 additional Living Space along with increasing Beam Protection Points, EPS Tanks and Attractiveness.
