LRS Buoy
The LRS Buoy is the cheapest, most efficient way to either spy on someone or set up permanent LRS net over your own space. Although not as powerful as the Listening Post, it is much cheaper and efficient as long as you are not attempting to track ship signatures. The low amount of slots they cost makes them even cheaper for people with few slots. They're lack of crew allows them to be placed inside Radioactive Nebulas.
