Hijiscool was born on his homeworld of Terra Prime long before the homeworld was united. He grew up in a peaceful period, and as the last tyranny on the planet seemed to be attempting to take over, Hijiscool overthrew them with an elaborate deception. After the uniting of the homeworld, he started the full industrialization of Terra Prime, until he started space exploration. Eventually, he needed to expand to more colonies. After a long time of controlling the planet, the Alliance:Hirogen offered him a spot in the alliance, which he immediately accepted. Ever since he has been known to help his friends and undermine his enemies, resulting in the great empire Hijiscool rules today. Eventually, he was transferred into the Brotherhood of NoD and later into NoD Technical Institute.

Ever since Hijiscool's empire grew with in the Brotherhood, other species have immigrated into the empire, and have taken high seats within the government. Eventually, the empire became a massive multi-cultural empire with species ranging from Klingons to Romulans, all looking for new lives, living under one empire. The empire is originally Hirogen, although many Hirogen have foreign names due to the current multiculturalism.

Hijiscool's empire is divided into six colonies spread across twenty sectors of space with countless additional sectors of shared territory. Each colony has its own attractiveness to different people, and each gets fair representation within the making of laws. Even though the government is an empire, the process of law making is democratic. Each planet has three elected council members who each pass laws, the only exceptions to the council are Hijiscool who has command over fleet laws and the relations with NoD command.

The six planets in the empire are:

Terra Prime: The capital of the empire, the council meets here and Hijiscool resides here. Terra Prime is a fortress world for obvious purposes, it produces Isolinear Chips and Plasteel.

Arborius: The long time beautiful gem of the empire, Arborius is a beautiful isolinear chip and fuel producing post. It is small, but many people come here for vacation.

Silicius: An outpost of the empire, Silicius produces huge amounts of isolinear chips for the empire. Silicius is also used as brief deuterium storage when the nearby massive Deuterium Base is full.

Aquaticus: A beautiful planet that makes isolinear chips, it is a slightly less efficient version of Silicius that is closer to the other colonies, allowing for easy access.

Iridius: A fuel and Duranium producing colony, Iridius is a large important colony, as it is the main heavy metal producer for the empire. Iridius is extremely beautiful for an asteroid.

Astridium: The smallest colony in the empire, Astridium makes Dilithium and duranium for the empire. Astridium is the only non-shipbuilding colony in the empire.
