If you experience a problem with STNE, there are many ways to get assistance. Since it is a very complex game, the best way to start is to read as much about it as you can. The STNE-Wiki is the best choice for any type of in-depth information. In addition, in-game resources such as the Database and the Manual can, at times, contain additional information.

If you cannot find the solution you require in these written resources, you can consult these additional information sources which are available for your use:

1. You can turn your First Step Manager. If you have not yet chosen one, there is a long list of players available to help you in this capacity.

2. You can browse through the Forum to see if anyone has encountered the same problem. If not, you can submit a question in its assistance section.

3. If your questions are few, you can ask them on the SCN help channel (#4) - where you naturally do not have to conform to RPG conventions.

4. You can also ask such questions on the IRC server's "#en.stne" help channel.
