Dear Player Community,

At the suggestion of a player, STNE now accepts Bitcoin as a form of currency which can be loaded into your virtual account.

After the transfer has been confirmed, the currency exchange rate will be applied to convert the Bitcoin to Euros. A 5% fee will be taken, and then the balance in Euros will be applied to your account as Virtual Credit. If you wish to use Bitcoin and follow this process, please also raise a support ticket with the category 'Payment', as this is a manual process.

We ask for your patience whilst these support tickets are responded to & your account is credited. If you're uncertain of whether your payment is being processed in a timely manner, please discuss directly with one of the Admin team or a member of Support.

NOTE:

If a credit note is urgent (i.e. needed for use in ship auctions), please use alternative, automated methods of payment to ensure you get your credits in time.
