Soldier calculation bug fixed
A calcuation issue (>10 years old), where a soldier oppresses 20 instead of 10 population was recently fixed.

Unfortunately the change was not announced and I accidentally rolled it out when I changed the translation. Since I do not know which exact code version is running before, a rollback is a bit difficult here. I apologize that you could not be warned.
