New point calculation routine
- A few smaller bugs concerning the account system have been fixed.
- The point calculation routine has been revised. Ships defines as military will now give their amount of slots as points.
- Credit ships and ships from the christmas auction (definition id > 1000) will give twice their slots as points. (Outdated ships are not counted)
