Icons before names

From now on it is possible to put a icon (16x16 pixels) in front of your name.

You can create as many icons as you like although only one can be used at a time
The first icon costs 500 credits and each following icon costs an additional 100 credits
The credits will be charged upon use (activation).
If an icon has been activated, it can be updated within {0} hours.
Icons which have already been made can be activated at any time with no cost.
The description (maximum = 1000 characters)can be changed as often as you'd like and will appear as a mouse over effect. The description can also include (small) images
