Pelontis Tholis was the President of the Alliance Guild. The Alliance Guild is made up of an alliance between the Veeloxian Empire, Jh'Harian Confederacy, Allyrian Kingdom, Trecian Empire, Royal Republican Army, Araluen Kingdom, and Regalian State.

The Alliance Guild History
The Alliance Guild like to use the Federation as a model, being a peaceful state, but ready to defend themselves if necessary.
The Guild was engaged in a war with the True Order, a bunch of rebels that wanted to overthrow the government and destroy the Guild. The War ran from April to November 2011. Shortly after, several black vessels, later named the Blacks, surfaced and began attacking the Guild.
