Dear All,

I would like to introduce myself as a new member of the Admin team, primarily based on EN1 but also working across other servers to help with any community or support issues.

I am a long-time player of STNE, having first joined the game back in 2009. In my time here I have had a long history with being involved in the community, as a player and as game staff. In 2012 I took on my first NPC role, playing the Klingon Empire. In 2015, I also worked on EN1 to bring Chat and SCN moderation under one team and one set of transparent and fair rules. This involved a lot of consultation & discussion with the community on EN1 at the time. Around this period, I also took on the role of NPC Overseer and helped to support the NPC team on EN1 in the delivery of great RP.

After spending some time as a player, I rejoined the NPC team in 2018 as Dominion NPC & then transferred over to the Federation NPC last year. I stepped down from this role as the drums of player-alliance war began beating again, but have since been asked to take up the role of Admin.

What I love about STNE is how this community has endured over the years. There have been new faces joining all the time but a good many of us have been playing for a decade or more, and regardless of whether we leave temporarily we always find our way back. It's a testament to the fantastic community on this game & just how addictive STNE can be.

Community is something I really want to protect as I move into the admin role. I'm very keen to work with players on STNE to ensure our EN1 team are responsive to your concerns and needs. My first moves on EN1 will be to gather some feedback on the current game staff teams (NPC, Mod, Support) as well as players general feelings about the game & community as they stand.

I'm very grateful I've been given a platform on this game to make a great impact on this server & community, and want you all to know that my door is always open. Please come and find me on Discord, in chat or via IGM if you have any concerns or ideas.

Yours, Treska
