Bugfixes and changes in balancing
- Admins now have a new function to create new (empty) users for testing.
- A bug was fixed in the conversion system, which was allowing people to go over their maximum slots (Conversion is like Outpost to Base, Base to Fleet base, you get the idea...).
- The remodel-button is now always available, even if there is no ship/station available to convert to.
- You can now toggle between remodel and build-view.
- The ability to rebuild Christmas stations was implemented. Each ship with the build feature (Tugs, for example) now have this feature. (eg, if you win a federation base at Xmas auctions, and it is destroyed, you can rebuild it with a tug.)
- Its possible to steal things from a racing-ship again, while a race is running. However, Warp core can not be stolen while race is running.
- EPS is no longer displayed when building or dismantling ships.
- Dismantling has now changed. Energy is no longer needed to dismantle a ship.
- Shops no longer exist in the noob zone.
- From now on, NPC shops have sell out limits. This means you can't sell 1,000,000,000 deuterium to a SUP. It is a maximum of the 'Optimal' Prices, x3. So if the Optimal Deuterium count is 8,000, then the maximum total of deuterium the SUP can have will be 24,000. (These are not actual figures)
- NPCs such as the federation can change the last rule, but should not make it possible to miss-use the shops again.
