Boreas class torpedo transporter

This ship is vital for torpedo producers and big military fleets along with the Denison and Chordat. Without them it would be impossible to transport medium amounts of torpedoes from colony to colony or from a colony to a fleet, to import photon torpedoes in order to create poloron torpedoes and nemisis torpedoes, and it would be extremely hard for torpedo producers to deliver the torpedoes to their customers. However, It can't carry any fuel if it is at full torpedo capacity.
