Holodeck Operator () serves the residents of a colony in their free time.

Stressed, dissatisfied residents see holodecks as a distraction from everyday life, and are thus easier to control. Each habitat dome, orbital habitat and city can employ up to four people as holodeck operators (the building must be activated)

Each Holodeck Operator turns five dissatisfied/revolting people into five satisfied people.
