Ferenginar Bugs
Ferenginar Bugs make up an important part of Ferengi cuisine. It is a collective term for all edible insects found on the planet Ferenginar - the Ferengi home planet. Ferengi will only eat bugs native to Ferenginar and many types such as as the razor back greeworm are considered a delicacy among Ferengi - some of the more common bugs such as the tube grub have specific types of cutlery designed solely for eating them.
There are no uses for ferenginar bugs other than collection or trade. A single unit of Ferenginar bugs came onboard each Ferengi ship in the christmas period auctions
