RP Description
Jacus Septimus Felix Honoratus is the leader of Thakendar Province. He is a is a human colonist although it is thought he may also be part Vulcan due to his impeccable sense of logic. He was born on the mining planet Janus VI in the alpha quadrant the homeworld of the Horta Species and the location of a Federation colony which provided an important source of pergium to the Federation. Unfortunately his family was killed by the Horta before an agreement was negotiated with the creature by Spock of the USS Enterprise. After the loss of his family Jacus decided to leave the colony and start a new life. He joined a colonisation mission to colonize the planet Esubara V but the colonization ship the - S.C.V. Janus - was mysteriously transported to the beta quadrant by a powerful alien entity. A number of the crew and passengers died of radiation poisoning during the transportation including the Captain. The remaining survivors of the expedition unanimously decided to set up a colony in the beta quadrant and elected Jacus as their leader. The colony went from strength to strength and as it grew it expanded into new planets and unexplored territories. The Thakendar Imperium - as it was named - gained many allies and after a time was offered entrance into the alliance Legio Romae . The colonies of the Imperium decided to accept the offer of an alliance and become Cohors Thakendar over time the cohort grew and eventually joined The Roman Empire. Jacus now works as an ambassador between Thakendar Province and The Roman Empire. I am now Jacus Septimus Felix Honoratus Senator of Rome and proud to be roman.
Thakendar Province
The Thakendar Imperium was founded on stardate 64882.2 after a colonisation vessal the S.C.V: Janus - was mysteriously transported to the beta quadrant during a mission to colonise the planet Esubara V. The crew unanimously decided to set up a colony in the quadrant and thus the Thakendar Imperium was born. Soon afterwards the Thakendar Imperium joined The Roman Legion and became the Cohors Thakendar. Then, 4 months later, on stardate 65285 Cohors Thakendar joined The Roman Empire and was renamed Thakendar Province. The colonies of the Thakendar Province thrive on trade and commerce. We are peaceful people and will try to resolve disputes using diplomatical means we are eager to establish good relations with other colonists, only resorting to violence when absolutely necessary.
