Earl Grey tea is a tea blend with a distinctive flavour and aroma derived from the addition of oil extracted from the rind of the bergamot orange, a fragrant citrus fruit. Ever since it's foundation many crewmen throughout the federation from cadets to admirals enjoy it's delight. There are no uses for earl grey other than collection or trade. A single unit of Earl grey came onboard each federation ship in the christmas period auctions
