In 2341 The Vulcan High Council ordered the once Senator Sudak to lead 15 Vulcan science vessels into the gamma quadrant where they would separate and gather research on the quadrant.

However, upon arrival in the Delta quadrant Sudak received a transmission from the Vulcan Council informing him that the Borg had invaded Federation space and that Vulcan wasn't expected to withstand the attack much longer. They therefore announced Sudak as the head of the Vulcan people, and ordered him to take the fleet to an M-class planet and colonize it with the fleet.

However, shortly after this transmission the fleet encountered a Borg cube and it was reduced to only one ship this being Sudak's ship.

Stranded and alone, Sudak continued his flight into the Delta Quadrant and there found a Vulcan colony already hard at work under the leadership of Nano a trusted long time friend and together they built <font color="orange">Vulcan Science And Military Incorporated</font> which began recruiting any surviving Vulcans and non-Vulcans in an attempt to salvage the last shred of Vulcan society.

Now, after Sudak's brave fight, he has retired and passed on the rights to his once second in command Nano whose goal is to continue <font color="orange">Vulcan Science And Military Incorporated</font> to new heights along with his trusted members.
