Those who submit to His wisdom and benevolence are rewarded with glory and enlightenment: those who do not are branded as heretics and are graciously sent into the afterlife, heralded by fire and nuclear fallout.
Those who are forced to submit are bound by an ironclad oath -
"I swear this Sacred Oath that to the Leader of the Brotherhood of NoD, Kane, Supreme Conquerer of the Free World, I shall render unconditional obedience and that as a conquered species I shall at all times be prepared to give my life for this oath."
