Upon advancing to Colonization Level 8:

  • your ships' fuel will be replenished, (once you're lvl 8)
  • you will no longer enjoy protection from attack and beaming
  • Nature Preserve will no longer produce Plasteel
  • Nitrium Mine, Tritanium Factory, Particle Accelerator, Warp Core, Research Center will be available. As well as research the rest of the buildings.
