m (moved Political Map of the Delta Quadrant to Political Map of the Galaxy: The En1 Server is set in the whole galaxy, not just the Delta Quadrant Therefore I am moving the page.)
(Changed the Map to one of the EN-1 Server and translated text to English - Map only contains a small number of territories - any updates would be welcomed.)
