Kali-fal

Kali-fal is a very aromatic Romulan beverage, that is said to forcibly open one's sinuses well before the first sip.

In 2374, Captain Benjamin Sisko offered Senator Vreenak a glass of what was called a "fair approximation" of replicated kali-fal.

Kali-fal may, in fact, be the Romulan (and "proper") name for 'Romulan Ale' as they both appear to be bluish liquids that pack a wallop.
