A research center is research buildings, can be built by colonists that level 8.
This building produce 1 Iso-Chip per tick(also turn), but need many goods: 5 workers, 6 energy, 5 plasteel, 2 iridium ore, 2 duraium, and 2 deuterium. It required 15 energy, 60 plasteel, 5 duranium for construction.
Each research center, can assigned 5 scientists, is a maximim number. Therefore, each research center can produce maximum number of 1.5 Iso-Chips.
