[FSE] Azrael - BFK-211 Caitian

The Caitian is the command ship of the special task forces of the federal free cat movement and is under the command of Admiral Nefaels. They had only one brief appearance in which she took over at Proximo and Lieutenant Xelas Leopeda of the BFK-931 snow leopard and brought them to Xatarias.
