Unemployed Inhabitants

Your unemployed are the people not working in any structure and not assigned to be scientists, soldiers, holodeck operators, or environmentalists. The unemployed do not add to the colony's unhappiness though they do eat food. When a particle accelerator is offline and two unemployed are available any excess energy your colony produces will be stored and accelerated into antimatter.
