Planetary Solar Levels refers to the amount of Energy that either a Orbital Solar Satellite Array (OSSA)or Surface Solar Array (SSA)can generate. This energy is not the same for all planets.

All planets can place a solar satellite in orbit, if there is a Workbee Spaceport on the surface of the planet. Otherwise, you can not place a satellite in orbit. In addition to this, the spaceport must be active for the satellites to function.

Asteroids CANNOT have solar satellites. Ateroids DO NOT have desert areas.

Surface Solar arrays are built on the desert areas of planets. Not all planets have desert areas.

All planets DO NOT generate the same energy. Below is a list of energy production by planet for OSSA and SSA:

Rock Planet: +2 En Sat No Desert Areas Ice Planet: +2 En Sat No Desert Areas Dyson Sphere: +3 En Sat +5 Desert Array Lava Planet: +3 En Sat No Desert Areas Moderate Planet: +3 En Sat No Desert Areas Water Planet: +4 En Sat No Desert Areas Standard Planet: +4 En Sat +6 Desert Array Desert Planet: +7 En Sat +9 Desert Array

Take note that starships equipped with Solar Pnaels will receive the same energy as an Orbital Solar Satellite.
