Reputation (internal - external)

Your " reputation is divided into 2 types:

Internal reputation in your empire:

External reputation:
is an assessment of your relationship with others in the galaxy. In particular, the destruction of foreign ships and buildings lead to this deduction. External appearance is influenced by "criticism", etc.

The exact calculation of your reputation can be found under "Communication" -> "Diplomacy" , where the top your " External reputation in the Delta Quadrant is displayed:

You can gain reputation by removal of debris fields : + 50 per removed rubble (ship wreck) - a (insoluble) war with the no-NPC is only + 25.

The following measures will result in loss of your reputation:
